Our real estate process is driven by the franchisee and is based upon having a signed franchise agreement in a market. Once a franchisee is in place, we'll begin the real estate search
Relocation sites for existing stores should be directed to the specific location. Winmark is involved with approving the relocation but is not actively soliciting sites for franchisees.
