However, we do not gather information on sites until we have a signed franchise agreement in that area. Once we have a signed franchise agreement in a territory, we'll begin the process of site review.
Basic Site Criteria
- Preferred sites within one mile of a regional shopping center or main retail hub
- Minimum population of 100,000 within a five-mile radius
- Smaller markets with a regional draw or large college population may be considered
- Average store size: 2,700 to 3,500 square feet
- Minimum store size: 2,500 square feet
- Major anchored centers or multi-tenant outparcels preferred
- Ample parking and easy access to storefront
