Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a retail professional to provide business consulting to a territory of 35 - 40 franchise owners in all areas of financial analysis, operations and small business development. This role provides constructive feedback, tools and guidance with focus on improved operational and financial performance of each franchise location as well as continued region and brand growth. This is a great opportunity to take the next step from retail management to making a difference with small business owners!

Qualifications include 3-5 years retail management experience including inventory, financial management, and P&L analysis, preferably in a multi-unit retail management role in similar industry. Strong relationship-building, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills are essential. Previous retail experience in soft lines strongly preferred. Position works fairly independently with 50-60% out of town travel (must be able to travel every other week or 2 full weeks/month in an out-of-town territory).

Account Services Coordinator - PT

Join our Account Services team! Position will be responsible for communicating with Winmark franchisees to ensure accounts are maintained and compliant regarding payments and company standards. This role requires a high level of customer service and follow up communication to franchisees and brand operations staff. Assists accounting department as necessary, including data entry and aspects of the month-end process.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent business experience. Strong customer service and organizational skills required. Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in A/R accounting systems knowledge a plus. 

Accounting Assistant - PT

We are seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant to join our Lease Accounting team. Position will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the Leasing businesses. This role ensures the accurate and timely review and processing of incoming and outgoing payments while providing superior customer service and accounting support to these businesses.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in accounting or related field, with 2+ years prior accounting or A/P experience. Proficiency in Excel and Word, with accounting software knowledge a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills required, along with attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team. 

Territory Manager

Winmark Capital Corporation, a solution-driven middle market leasing company and division of Winmark Corporation, has an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a successful track record to call on targeted companies. Position will lead the sales effort by successfully developing new business and partnering opportunities with high-level key decision makers in a territory. Position located in either our Minneapolis, MN or Santa Barbara, CA offices. 

We require minimum of 3-5 years of proven direct sales development experience calling on medium to large companies. Must be able to work independently and be driven by success in building relationships, closing sales, and earning substantial income. Position works out of business office and requires approximately 15 - 20% travel to a remote geographic territory.

Business Development/Sales

Winmark Capital is also seeking Master's-level or recently graduated Business minded students looking to gain corporate business sales experience and jump start their career!  This role will be responsible for a designated geographic territory of the country, prospecting medium to large companies' key decision makers, and communicating Winmark Capital's value proposition. Position identifies and builds relationships in the emerging and middle markets with business professionals including Venture Capital, Private Equity and Commercial Banking engaged with growing businesses. Will also engage directly with the senior leadership in the market to gain understanding of the business and identify opportunities to add value.

The position requires 3+ years of work experience or exposure prior to graduate school in business, finance, technology sales or related fields.  Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability in effectively interacting with executives and senior leaders.  Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven by success in building relationships. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to learn quickly a must. This role works out of our Santa Barbara, CA or Minneapolis, MN offices on a full-time or part-time basis.

Support Center Technician

We continue to seek candidates to assist Winmark's franchisees in their use of technology related software and hardware. Our Support Center Technicians diagnose and resolve issues relating to the Company's proprietary and third party software, networks, hardware, and peripherals. This phone support role handles calls timely and professionally, logging the calls and the resolution.

Qualifications include 2–4 years of computer-related support and/or education, with A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred. Must possess knowledge of PCs and operating systems including troubleshooting capabilities and networking experience. Successful candidates are detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience with ability to display a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy with franchisees.
